Decide which portions of your home will require a contractor. We recommend that a licensed contractor erect the log or timberframe shell. We will be happy to help you find a contractor who specializes in log and timberframe structures. Obtain estimates and view other homes the contractor has completed.

We can help you price your completed home. With our plans and your contractor you should be able to get close to the completed price. If you are an owner-builder, we will guide you in that process.

Check and double check your design. Then call us to order your materials, provide a construction deposit and schedule your delivery date. You will receive a finalized set of blueprints as your site is prepared and while we manufacture your log system.
